DMSO Herpes
This particular product contains DMSO, also known as dimethyl sulfoxide, which has some controversy around it, so please read more about it and use it at your own risk. Here’s a study from the national institute of health, from pubmed.gov that says that DMSO helps block the herpes virus. This one is pretty easy to read compared to some of their studies with a lot of science talk.
That being said I found relief from this cream almost immediately, mostly from the awful itch involved during my herpes outbreak. It allowed me to walk around the office like a normal person. I used it several times per day, now just once is good.
Beyond that DMSO seemed to help the outbreaks go away and stay away or at least lessen them. I read it has a high oxygen level which helps to kill the virus.
Only use DMSO externally, after showering.
I found it at the same place I got everything else on the immune supplements page, so that worked out (just one shipping charge). I use the 4 oz DMSO cream with rose oil, listed below, usually $20 or thereabouts. it lasts a long time, probably a few months. Rose oil is very good for you too and of course has a pleasant smell. It seemed to me that using the cream caused a slight garlicky smell down their after a while (14-18 hours usually), esp if I had a bad outbreak. Maybe it was killing off the bad cells. Just keep mini pads with you if you are a woman and shower daily and before any important encounters or appointments. Don’t let that stop you from trying it though, seriously. It helps my herpes symptoms a lot. Most people take a shower every morning so, it may only smell a little while you are sleeping or maybe not at all, could be just me. Make sure you apply DMSO only after you are clean too.
Give it a try, it’s sooo worth it. You’ll be glad you did.
